We accept virtually all methods of credit card payment. We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and others. If you make payment by credit card you must either FAX the Order FORM and SEPARATELY FAX the Verificatin FORM to (406) 542-3480 or submit the ONLINE VERIFY CREDIT CARD FORM to complete your credit card information that matches the last 5 Digits of your Credit Card from your order. If you ordered outside the system or your credit card information does not match your registration information, you can submit your ONLINE CREDIT CARD FORM here. If you have questions you can send an e-mail to Support providing your contact phone number. We will only process and ship to the address on your order, on file in our system and matching your credit card address. You will also need to verify possession of your credit card. The Fax paperwork or Form contains required information to identify you. Also you must include your last 5 digits on your credit card on the form. DO NOT put your entire credit card number on the form. We will call you back to verify the credit card number and sic codes. We will only ask for 12 more credit card digits on the phone. Credit Card orders will be paid to Genus Enterprises. (If you want to fax the information then select the form, print the form and fill it out then fax to 406-542-3480. Do not worry if the left edge of the page does not show. Just make sure your information is correct and you sign in the comments section.)
